The luxurious salon is located in Yateley, and specialises in a range of treatments including face lifting massage, HIFU, dermaplaning, advanced facials, injections and waxing, body massage and many more.

Dear customers and friends. Serendipity beauty studio opened more than 5 years. We value our customers and their time. We always understand and appreciate if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. But due to lots of last minute cancellation and no-show up we have to introduce our cancellation rules.

We reserve the right to request a deposit 50% of the total cost of the treatment in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hrs notice in advance of your appointment time. Any cancellation made with less than 24hrs we will charge 50% from the cost of your treatment.

If your plans change, you can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before your appointment.

If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, another client loses an
opportunity to book an appointment. No Show appointments will be charged the full appointment fee.
